If you registered after 25 April, visit the badge holder/proceedings counters in the lobbies of the NRG Center and NRG Arena to redeem your ticket for an access code card. 

Spouses are charged the same fees as an attendee, if in attendance.

Badge Pickup

Advance registrants receive their OTC conference badges in the mail if they reside in the US and register before 5 April 2019.

Attendees from outside the US or those who register after 5 April can pick up their badge on-site or at one of the following, convenient remote locations:

(downstairs in the International Baggage Claim area)

  • Saturday, 4 May–Monday, 6 May (0900–1500 hours)

NRG Center and NRG Arena
(registration counters)

Conference registrants will be allowed two free badge reprints. A fee of USD 50 will be charged for additional badge reprints.

Photo Identification 

To ensure a secure conference, a government-issued photo identification (passport or driver's license) is required. Items may be subject to search before entering the OTC areas at NRG Park.

Security Measures

To ensure a secure conference, a government-issued photo identification (passport or driver’s license) is required. All bags, including purses and laptop cases, will be subject to search before you enter any OTC areas. For safety reasons, luggage is not allowed on-site at OTC. A luggage check will be available to attendees.

No one under the age of 15 will be admitted onto the exhibit floor. 

Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 22 April 2019. Cancellations made after 22 April will not be refunded.

Please note that if you have already registered for OTC 2019, refunds will not be given if you receive a complimentary guest pass. No exceptions. 

Travel time to NRG Park: Please ensure sufficient travel time to account for traffic and weather. No refunds will be given for late arrivals for any ticketed event. Also please remember that parking at NRG Park is cash only.
